What families ask us

Easel is for ages 6 to 12, in six weeks across June and July. Each week has its own theme, and every week ends with a showcase on Friday.

Camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mornings are in the studio with clay, paint, paper or thread, and afternoons are on the stage with movement, voices and scenes. Lunch is from home.

Clothes that can get paint, clay or glue on them, closed-toe shoes, a filled water bottle and lunch in a cold pack. Aprons are at the studio. Phones and toys stay home.

We open the big doors, run fans and move our outdoor break inside when it is very hot. In a storm, everyone stays in the studio, and we text families if pickup changes.

An adult on your list signs your camper out at the studio door, and we ask for ID until we know you. Tell us ahead of time when someone new is coming.

A place is held when we have your registration and the first week's payment. When a week is full, join its waitlist and we offer places in the order families joined.

Tell us at registration, and we ask what we need privately afterward. Please don't send those details through the contact form.

Families and friends. Each camper may invite up to four guests, and the registration page has the details for the week.

Tell us when you register, and we will place friends in the same group when the ages allow it.

No. Phones and tablets stay home. A camper who needs to reach you can use the studio phone, and we call you if we need you.

Yes. Ailyn and Jovanna speak Spanish with families and campers, and you are welcome to call or write in either language.
