How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on the weeks you book and on whether you choose early drop-off or after-camp care. Our figures are on our enrollment page, and we are glad to talk them through by phone, in English or Spanish.

Registration

Registration holds a place and opens your camper's file for the summer. It is due when you register, and the enrollment page says what it covers.

Holding a place

A place is held once we have your registration and the first week's payment. When a week is full, families join its waitlist, and offers go out in the order families joined.

Billing

Weeks are billed by the session, and the balance is due before camp starts. You pay on our enrollment page, and you can call us if another arrangement would help.

Siblings

If two or more of your children come to camp, tell us when you register. We look at the weeks together and go over how it works for your family.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice before a booked week, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. The enrollment page says what happens to a week already booked.

Gear and other costs

Outside tuition, a few things are priced on their own. Each is named on the enrollment page with what it covers.
